Smoked Duck Reheating Instructions

Written by

Our smoked ducks are fully cooked and ready to serve, warm or cold.

To gently warm your smoked duck, preheat your oven to 325°F.

Place duck in a roasting pan and add 1/4 cup of water or chicken broth to the bottom of the pan.

Cover tightly with foil and heat for approximately 15 minutes per pound (avg weight 4-5 lbs, cook time 2 – 2 1/4 hours) or to an internal temperature of 160°F.

To crisp skin some remove foil and roast uncovered for the last 30-45 minutes of the cook.

Do not overheat as it will reduce the meat’s natural juiciness.
