Made from scratch in the Butcher’s Kitchen, this Dinner Done Easy Entrée is made with beef, veal and pork, blended with shredded carrots, onion and celery, then slow cooked with red wine, beef stock, herbs and spices. We build layer by layer with a traditional creamy Béchamel sauce.
Thaw, Heat & Serve.
Preheat oven to 350, remove plastic lid, cover with foil then place in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Next remove foil and cook another 20-30 minutes to above 140° remove from oven, let rest for 15 min and Enjoy!
