Homemade Thanksgiving Turkey on a Plate with Stuffing and Potatoes

  • This meal will me made to order specifically for you and your family by Chef Charles and his team in The Butcher’s Kitchen.
  • We take an All Natural Turkey, Brine it with Brown Sugar/ Salt brine with herbs, pepper and juniper berries, then slow roasted.
  • 10-12/lb Roasted Turkey
  • 2/lbs Mashed Potatoes
  • 2/lbs of Green Bean Casserole
  • 2/lbs of Rustic Bread Stuffing
  • 2/lbs of Turkey Gravy
  • 1/lb House-made Cranberry
