Bacob PeppercornWe hand select only Premium Heritage breed pork bellies then rub then with our special blend of salt and spices then left to cure for a minimum of seven days.The cured bellies are seasoned and slow smoked with all natural fruit woods in our Butcher’s Kitchen in the Raleigh store.

Thick sliced in 1/2/lb packs.
