Beef Brisket & BBQ Beans
Slow smoked in the Butcher’s Kitchen, this Dinner Done Easy Meal is made with USDA Top Choice Beef Brisket seasoned with salt & pepper, then slow smoked with a combination fruit and hard woods for 10 hours. While the brisket is smoking, we mix together a delicious variety of beans with sauce, then the beans are added to the smoker right underneath the brisket. The brisket is sliced and finish with a sweet an smoky barbecue sauce.
Thaw, Heat & Serve.
Thaw over night in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350, remove plastic lid, cover with foil then place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Next remove foil and cook another 15-20 minutes to above 140° remove from oven and Enjoy!
